1. Registration For Free
A. Please fill in the following information before 31st August, we will reply and confirm your free
registration within
3 working days.
B. If you stay in the designated hotel, we will register you for free once you provide us your
hotel booking information or we can arrange you the room booking.
Room Charge: GRAND ROOM: RMB 1,300 per night + 15% Service Charge;
We will have a number of free places for industrial delegates, which will be allocated to the
following type of delegates in terms of order of priority:
1) Clients and delegates from sponsors as defined in sponsorship package
2) Paid delegates in previous two years
3) Delegates who stays in the hotel during the conference
4) Members of supporting organizations
Number of free places for each company is limited, and subject to the organizer's scrutiny.

2. Pay to Register
Registration Fee: ￥6,600 ($1,050 or ￡660）Per Person
Pay one year and you will get free registration for the events in the following two years.
2nd delegate from the one company gets 50% discount, while the 3rd and above pay only 30% of
original price

Cancellation
If you are unable to attend you can send a colleague in your place but you must inform us of the change before the event. If you have to cancel, wu will refund your conference fee after the event, less a 20% administration charge if your cancellation is received by 1st Sept. 2014. Cancellations after 1st Sept. 2014 will not be refunded.
